Coachella is just one week away people, one week. So, it's time to start thinking desert dining. You’ve done your share of hour-long waits at Cheeky's, downed gin drinks at the Amigo Room till closing, spent a paycheck and a half on brunch at Norma’s, and don’t feel like going the Iron Chef route at the new Saguaro. Sure, you'll eat some meals at the festival, but when those garlic fries and "Chinese food" get to be too much, here now a list of under-the-radar local haunts that you've likely passed by.
